If it’s the fourth Friday of the month, there’s a party in Pāʻia.

Maui’s north shore gathering is in Pāʻia on the fourth Friday of the month. Its small-town charm echoes earlier days.
The former home of the sugar industry has maintained a rural ambience that disguises an elegant sophistication at its heart. Some are surprised this tiny town is home to more than 15 locally owned dining establishments that emanate an easy-going atmosphere and pride in their food preparation.
Participants of Maui Friday Town Parties enjoy the beachtown’s antique stores, tattoo parlors, surf shops, boutiques, services, musicians, eateries and art galleries.
Pāʻia is known for its independent nature and free-spirited community. Pāʻia’s evolution from a plantation town to a surf town is mainly owing to its close proximity to Hoʻokipa Beach Park – world famous for its ideal windsurfing conditions. Just 15 minutes from the airport in central Maui, Pāʻia sits on the most accessible coastline on Maui’s North Shore, where fun beach activities and beautiful sunsets are enjoyed at Baldwin Beach Park.
For a perfect night on the town, join us in Pāʻia on the fourth Friday of each month.
For up-to-date details on this and other town festivities, connect with Maui Friday Town Parties on Facebook and Twitter, or contact the Maui County Office of Economic Development at economic.development@mauicounty.gov or 808.270.7710.
